Product Description
The shell material is made of stainless steel. The Steel plat surface is sprayed with plastic with thickness of 2 mm which has strong antisepsis capability and mechanical strength. The top cover is the double-lay structure of air interlayer with venting hole. The incoming hole locates at the bottom of box, the outgoing hole locates on top of the box but hiden beneath the roof eave where a convection air flow from bottom to the top is formed. At the bottom of box, the stripped plats are installed with venting hole and cable hole to pretent from the animals entrance and to keep a good heat-proofing and venting effect.
Inside the box is originally imported SF6 insulated three station load switch which is the complete sealed structure with no need for heating, no condensation problem, maintenance free. There is no naked electrical body inside the box and the load switch has a life span of 5000 times use. The high voltage incoming and outgoing cables are connected by epoxide resin tubing. The steel plats are used for dividing each partition. The front door is connected with corresponding grounding switch by linked locker, and only when the grounding switch is turned on the front door shall be open. Each partition is installed with a set of three phase electrical monitor. The locker device is installed on load switch and it could lock in the switch in any state (switch on, separating brake,grounding one of the three).
Load switch is installed with contactor postion observing window which has direct monitor of contactor state. In addition, the position instructor is connected with switch operator axis to ensure the corrector instruction. Between the load switch and grounding switch, there is mechanical linked locker in order to avoid the wrong operation. The cable head is water-proof, electrical and tangible, anti-flood and flexible for cable connecting and extending. It has the features of preservered remote test and remote control, electromotion operation and SCADA function, easy updating for progressive stepping into automation. The surrounding of the box is printed with the warning words and signals such as “Stop, Dangerous”.
Load switch can be installed with current transformer, phase voltage transformers, UPS power source, RTU to meet the automation and calculation requirements for supporting net.
